Have you checked the inside bore of the rim yet?
If it is bigger than the hub on the Jeep and does not have hub centring rings you can get the exact problem you are talking about. No amount of balancing or changing tyres will fix this.
Remember our stud pattern is not very common so quite possibly the rims have been redrilled to suit and without a hub ring you will have these problems. I have seen this problem too many times.

hi.
i have my wheels check once, and the tyre shop guy said there is hub ring fitted. Seems like wheels was drilled to fit grand cherokee, he said may be was not drilled perfectly..

That shouldn't matter unless really bad in which case they would be hard to do up. With them being centred by the hub ring if the stud pattern is just a little out the tapered wheel nuts would still pull it in flat against the hub. In the old days there were plently of Fiat/Alfa/MG/Morris cars running around with 4x100 rims on stud patterns of 4x98 and 4x101.6. With the prevalence of CNC machines these days it would be unlikely that they are drilled incorrectly enough to cause real issues.

Just a quick update, bmw dealer will arrange original wheel & tyre shipped to me tomorrow and have them fitted @ bridgestone.
Is there any serial number or logo on the rim so i know its the orginal jeep one, deal mentioned rim is black. I cant recall grand cherokee's original wheel is black though...
