Left hand leaf spring has developed a terrible squeek in the rear bush/ extended shackle area. Will this go away or is something not right?

Bolt might be a little loose alowing the crush tube to rotate.

Picked up some brake cleaner, engine degreaser, screen visor thingo to do the air intake and a few other goodies for my XJ.

FYI, If anyone is with NRMA, it's 20% off at Repco.

Try some slicone spray JC; if the bush is not stuffed then that should fix it.

Mine was making an really awful noise (JJ heard how bad it was), new spring bushes fixed it up thought I didn't try anything else like silicon spray or grease...

IIRC your rear shckle bushes were kinda flogged out though....
