Took mine to the dealer.

I think it would be easier if I started a list for things which don't need to be replaced. These are truly terrible vehicles. lol

just got back from the Vic high county, adjusted the toe and recentred the steering wheel which Jeep failed to do properly when they had it to replace the drag link and tie rod. Jeep itself was great and did everything i asked of it. Great rig!

Stage one of the Tailgate Gastrut and Rear table.

You can just make out the hinges at the bottom...have the tracewire and locating clips ready to got...just waiting for the cutting board base to come in.

Hardest part was getting the re-enforcing bracket up into the skin of the tailgate....was a tricky bit of drilling holes, feeding string down both holes and then pulling the two bits of string attached to the bracket to pull into place.

Was not happy using Rivnuts or tek screws...there is too much force on the bracket.

This one is ok...if you screw it high the guard is double skinned and with the curve very strong.

ARB informs me my front and rear bar will be in on Monday...so hopefully next week im all barred up!!

All the best
Matt.

Oh the strut and brackets were $38 from the Strut Specialist.

Tightend my rear panhard bolt as for some reason it had worked loose and was allowing a bit of movement. It only had about 1-2 mm of play but it felt like shite when you changed direction rapidly.
