Behind the number plate , the number plate needs to go on a lift braket with adaptive cruise censors on

Default WK2 Bull bar thread

Ok everyone that's had a bullbar & winch fitted, my bar & winch getting fitted next week. I've got a couple of questions.
What springs have you fitted?
Did you just upgrade the front?
Did you upgrade springs & reuse your original struts?

Default WK2 Bull bar thread

I had Murchison Lift Springs fitted front and back, with top out plates installed on top of existing shockies by Stu at Murchisons in Breendale, Brisvegas.

Makes sense, I had the rear stiffened up for extra towball weight from towing a camper trailer at 1.2T and a full aux fuel tank.

Had a Uneek 3 hoop My 14 bar fitted At Uneek factory by Dave and one of his offsiders.

I wanted to see a picture of one installed before I got mine but that wasn't to be.

Whilst the time line for install was also not as originally planned /quoted the end result is better than I expected.

Uneek usually have an installer off site do their work but my bar was built the day before, painted overnight and installed a few hours before being due to board the Spirit of Tasmania. That and the fact that ours was the first 3 hoop my14 being installed seemed to be the determining factor for them to install them selves.
Whilst David was able to facilitate a loaner for me, the delays added a level of frustration I simply did not need after the dramas associated with purchasing the vehicle for Sutton's Waitara who I can not recommend at all. Everyone I dealt with there were misleading and often downright dishonest including the Dealer Principal, bar one individual Alex Hennessey who was more informed, articulate and accommodating than the rest of the staff combined.
I do have the cv boot issue, all the while they told me I didn't.
They got the colour wrong twice and it took 6 months and 1 day to deliver a vehicle which should have had the TSB RRT axle change sorted before delivery.
Due to buying interstate the rego vehicle inspection nearly failed due to the grease on left wheel, which would have further complicated matters.
What ever happened to treating the customer with respect, delivering on time and if you can't, commnicating with the client on a timely basis to mitigate the customers frustrations.
