I am not putting up pics eitehr I give her the diginity of that. I have a few others from this site but am thinkin of pulling the pin on it. Lets face it meeting chicks on the net and finding one suitable is goona be a real challenge. IMPO I think it is a bit too artificial.

It all depends on how keen you are, how much you want someone, I figure as you aren't getting far with the Internet approach, (for a few reasons) you could still keep searching for the right one to walk into your life, you'll never know who you'll meet on the next pilgrimage out on the open road.

see i was right at 40 the wife passed away so after a period of time i was out looking and single you just got to circulate and it will happen i used the phylosiphy that the worst that cuold happen is they say piss off cretin but if you didnt ask yuo would never know i met several ladies who are good freinds and even married one of them didnt use any internet to acheive the result

Yerr I think the whole internet thing is flawed it kinda sucks you in. Heck a 12 days ago I wasn't even interested. Wasn't until I seen that hot Melbourne chik was at one of my local pubs who I was talking and dancing with that made me think kinda would like a girlfriend again.
I think those site are there just to make money anyway. I mean really lets face it how many decent chicks would be using the Net to find a bloke? Besides that I should be looking for a religious chick who shares a common belief anyway and have only seen one of those on the site and she shrugged me off within five mins. Nah think I just need to get out more. Besides if I try and take out 40 potentials before I even meet them, just in a normal situation I will be broke and useless to the one I do find .

Still doing the net dating thing, sad I know. Been chatting to pretty alright chicks the last couple of days and heaps of them. I put up a better profile so that will pick up business I suspect. Going out again with the one I saw the other day, just to the shops. Not going any further with her, she's too full on. I have a few others that I chat with for hours. I Chatted to this gorgous lady in WA but she is 49 but looks like shes 40 or younger, she shares the same religous beliefs which is a bonus. I always wanted to go to WA mmmmm maybe oneday. I really want to go wheeling there with some of the WA crew.
I'm kinda addicted to this internet dating thing ATM. Far out only a week ago my Saturday night usually consisted of going to the local and blowing a $100 or more. Now I have new hobby, poor old XJ she seems to be getting less and less attention. Although that is about to change I have a leaking radiator bloody seal's not sealing. I am gonna go copper & brass. Bit of a head F### right before I want to go away.

I know it's off topic, away from AG's love life but if you buy a FWD why do you want parking sensors ???? If you can't drive without needing sensors and cameras all round then you need to learn how or use the bus.

I can park a damn big semi on the blind and not hit anything and car drivers who need sensors for everything bitch when a bloke driving 40 ton and 50 ft long nicks them, as I said they can't bloody drive.

For there to be decent chicks, there has to be decent blokes so give yourself some credit.

If it's any consolation, I tried Internet dating once and I consider myself a decent chick. People seem to give Internet dates a bad stigma. Presuming they can't pick up in "the real world" but that's not the case for all. I don't like guys my age so I didn't go clubbing because I knew I wouldn't find love there.
I didn't want to date within my circle so I turned down guys I knew from 4wding comps and trips, so online dating was really my only option. Lol
I did find love online, but it was because of Facebook and was completely unexpected. (I needed something on my jeep welded and A Facebook friend offered to bring one of his mates around to weld for me and we've been side by side since.)
I found that there are a lot of dirtbags (men and women) just wanting a one nigter on the sites but I've been told that if you go on the more expensive sites, a lot of the dirtbags aren't on there because they can get laid for cheaper lol.
I guess you need the patience to click through all the profiles until you find the best one but I now believe in the quote "stop looking and love will find you."

My rant - I'm sick of my bl**dy Jeep being stuck in the garage!! It's been on stands for 6 months and due to a lack of funds I haven't finished it quicker. It is so close to being finished but everytime I do something on it, something makes the job 10x harder. Eg broken brackets, ruined bolts, flogged out threads etc.
My first comp for the year is in 5 weeks! God I hope it's good to go!
