took her down south on the weekend, man still suprised how well she eats the dunes. no major damage to report, fingered cv's and a fair bit of bfh on read wheel arches but what a great weekend.

Got a new rola vortex roof rack which free's up alot of space!

It isn't really a wheeling pig - although it has done Cruiser Canyon etc - we just wanted a nice "full" guard looking Grand.

It turned out really well and I'd recommend it to anyone going a low big tired Grand.
You basically trim out the lower section of the Guard opening to the angled edge and it looks quite neat.
Back is more of an issue as you need to shape it right to work with the rear door. You can't just cut in crazy like the front because the front of the rear opening is the issue.
We were going to make 1" longer control arms to fix this but it hasn't really been an issue for the wheeling that Jishwa does in his Jeep.

We mostly just rock out sand dunes and firetrails in it...

***EDIT**** found a photo of it...

Everyone bagged me out 14mnths ago for fitting 33"s w/out re-gearing ,but with the V8 its a very liveable compromise.I took it to the Vic high country last chrissy & it performed excellently,no probs with power & although I did have to ride the brakes a little down hill I had to do that before on 31"s anyway. On the hwy, towing a 1200kg camper, it did tend to hunt a little for the right gear but never lacked for performence & I didnt correct the speedo so that might have fixed that.
