Default Fitted Spacers

Well after an aborted start yesterday, fitted spacers on front today. Results soon on post
I have not decided on whether to keep original coil rubber or not. I am going to give it a couple of days for everything to settle down ? Then it is out with the tape to see what I need to do with dampers and bumpstops.......

Talking Sunday outing

Finally got to try the XJ out and really surprised just how it went considering the only change is the Coopers. Could do with a little more flexibility, but went everywhere without a tow.

Hey junglejuice the Coopers STT are 235/75R15. These are just great in the conditions such as in the pictures on tracks around here and on the weekend, but they are noisy on road.
Cheers

Jungle, that wasnt the crack. thats the cut i made all the way around the hinge. if you look closeley at your hinge. you will see its welded to a piece of sheet metal. then that sheet metal is spot welded to the body. the hinge and sheet metal tore the spot welds on mine so i removed the whole plate and welded the hinge to the body removing the faulty middle man.

Today i got replaced my LPG conveter and tuned it. took it down to a lpg specialist to check the exhaust gas level and it was spot on. lucky turning of the knobs i guess...
