Thanks JJ, done all round, two hockey pucks up front and 50x50 shs rear spacer above factory bump stop, all working beautifully. I was able to put 65mm shock extensions and still have a safety margin at full compression, at full droop it just touch the lower control arms so is perfect as much flex as I am going to get with the limited mods I have done and factory shocks

Did oil and filter, checked diffs, checked power steering and coolant...

Also hooked up driving lights, just need to aim them a bit better... and now the radio works too XD

Now to book in to get brakes checked out, and possibly replace the power steering motor as it sounds like bearings might be going... plus the hoses are wetting down everything underneath it...

then hopefully pick up a CB so i wont need to rely on handhelds...

I used RHS but C channel would work. I just went with RHS as it meant was sealed in and wouldn't fill with mud also it was easier to get in the size I wanted. C channel may be easier to work with if you want to fit lights etc as you have easy access to the back but then they are unprotected.

Cheers
Steve

Default front brakes

Have had a noise from from front brakes when going slow and noise disappears with light braking, discovered one of the clips had broken off the pad holding it inside the caliper.
So replaced my front worn out rotors with DBA096 rotors and new DB1311 4WD bendix pads took just over a hour to do.
