Arrrrrrggghhh!!! Stuck on the beach yesterday with that busted cooling line, I gave it 3 coats of marine sealant, and a final coat of sikaflex and it still leaked I have the time today to do it all properly, ill get some hydraulic hose, cut the metal line both ends and flare them both ends, join it all up with clamps and forget about it, for once

Did that but had no top bump stop and totaly distroyed the mallet. You need to replace the top stops.

trying out an idea today. trial fitting factory washer bottle inside driver side guard. moving it due to snorkel intrusion on passenger side. looks like the bottle fits. need to cut new hole for filler pipe and patch up the original hole.

The washer bottle out of a early Mazda 323 fits good two pump set up and nearly as good as a 94 washer bottle

Fitted adjustable panhard last night, wheel alignment this morning. Drives much better, death wobbles all but disappeared, there is still the tiniest shake going over bumps on the highway but my steering damper is 100% fubar so I have a new one of those to go on, should clear it all up.

Also solved swaybar link problem, cost a grand total of $5:

Did the thermo fan install yesterday.

Took me much longer than I anticipated, but then again, I was fixing "sins of owners past" as I went along...

Dont know if this fant is going to be strong enough, it should be, it claims to be 250watt, but time will tell.

On full tilt, with the aircon fan going as well, it keeps things at a touch over 100 according to the dash gauge. Already an improvment.

Revs a lot more freely as well!

The auto transmission cooling line is not a high pressure line so there should be no need to go over board. It could be considered a low pressure line, but can get a little warm.
