Yerr I was in two minds and the salesman ended up convincing me to go with RE arms
. I did like the IRO as they had a bend and the bushes. But like you say JJ the RE's will flex more, which for my level of driving will most likely be overkill
.
On another note I have since washed my carpet. I did not have access to a Karcher so I used a a pressure nozzle on the hose. Fortunatly my mothers house has unusually high pressure at the tap. I used a box of washing powder and some CT18 on the tough stains. Plenty of mud came out from the drowning. I was surprised to see that the carpet was still wet underneath from six weeks ago. While I was at it I did the same trick on the rear seat cushion. I was presently surprised to see that the cover unclips. So now the XJ is fully clean inside. I even febreezed it to get rid of the odours from the dog. Yesterday I also spent 3-4hrs removing overspray from my painting the caravan; dman surprising how far the spray will drift. I covered most of the XJ but thought surely it could not get to where it did??
