This looks brilliant mate. Is it secure enough for offroad use you reckon? If yes, I'll get one. I currently have mine on the air vent with double sided tape and it stays permanently closed which is not ideal.

Installed my Chrissie present of new Rhino Rack Backbone 3 bar system. Should make camping and kayaking a little easier now.

Was wheeling in Toolangi yesterday and it stayed firmly in place. You can tighten the phone holder on the bracket so it doesn't move around when wheeling.

I was also able to take some video using my mobile while going up the track.
Suitably impressed. Just have to find away around SWAMBO as she now thinks I don't need a GoPro

Thanks for that Dizzyh. I'll order one and good luck with the GoPro!

Under body footage for diagnostics. Tie a bit of rod on so it bounces on the axle and take her for a drive.

I've been working on a rear slide as it is a pain to reach in with the soft top window on.
First fit of the sliders to set up the bracket positions.

First fit of the shelf.

Shelf parts in and hinged to provide access to the tub.

Extended, goes out 800mm.

Opens for easy access. (Well at least as easy as it ever is... )

Slides are rated to 236kg, but as I could only get 12mm ply the other day it flexes a bit when I sit on it. But it did pass the sit on it while fully extended test. Will probably swap it out for 18mm marine ply at some point.

Also looking at fitting tie downs for the fridge & splitting the rear part so that it can still be opened with the fridge secured.
