Ive ran 2 full tanks of fuel through it now and am getting a solid 12.5 litres per 100km around town. I was getting 15 litres per 100.

Thanks for the heads up on the upgrade

Just finished reading this thread.

Ive got a vt sitting in my back yard that I might have to pitch the injectors off. 12.5l/100km is unreal for around town. I currently get around 16l/100km.

So these VT commo injectors will bolt straight and will run without fuel pressure mods because Im OBDII?

yes, if the part number cast into the side of the injector is 0280155777.
I would suggest getting them at leased cleaned if not reconditioned.
Why replace one set of 15year old injectors that could do with a clean with another set of 15 year old injectors that could also do with a clean?
If you do this could you please look at getting some video of some of your oem injectors firing next to some 777 injectors in the fuel rail (out of the engine obviously).
if you can.

Heaps better fuel economy.

My Jeep has the standard size wheels and tyres and no mods apart from a stainless steel free flowing cat. Headers are still original. 247,000km on the clock.
