Started on the bar for the front, haven't quite decided on the style just yet. Welded up broken exhaust bracket. Got second tow bar yet to arrive. One day lift kit.

Well after 12 months of intermittent non-starting I thought that I would have a go at cleaning the NSS so with Gojeeps instructions at hand I removed the NSS and stripped it down, found that the spring loaded contacts were gummed up so I cleaned them with 1200 grit wet and dry and some Isopropyl alcohol and relubricated the assembly with some silicon grease and now it starts as good as new.
Thanks Gojeep....

Continuing the bar work this arvo. No idea how this will look, but it's worth a try.
Had trouble with the bender as the old ram gave up th ghost and the replacement one did 2 bends then stopped, so on the third ram.
So after much debate and looking around to see what left over steel there was from the spring over, body lift and at least 2 versions of rear bar my son has been making for his 60 series, found a length of 6mm L shaped steel and made them into mounting plates. I will add 6mm plate steel to the L brackets and extend the plates down towards the back bolting through the chassis (whatever you call it).
The tubes are 50mm dia x 4 mm thick.
