I have the taurus mod, it is cheap enough but not really available if the fan stops working.

changed the fuel filter. and started planning a stereo, cbf forking out lots of money for one, think i may just change the head unit and speakers and the volume knob is slowly breaking

Autobarn is the go for a head unit. You should be able to pick up a decent Pioneer head unit for $200-250. Pioneer speakers about $55-60 a pair.
