Yup, but nothing interesting to see yet, just bought some bits and pieces like rear stabalizer and jockey wheel etc, finished welding up most of the frame and measuring bits and pieces. I've got a week of leave coming up later in the month just to work on the camper so should get a fair bit done then.

Here's the last pics I took, still need to add some additional support to the front spring mount but I want to make sure veything is in the right place before I do.

Cheers
Steve

Have you thought about fitting the spare in front of the axle like I have with a small A frame which hinges down? Then put the water tank behind the axle where it is already protected some by the spare in front of it. Also it is better to have the constant weight in front of the axle to make sure you have the right ball weight to stop sway as the water tank is always changing.

Hi, I know it's a little bit off your part of your build now, but I noticed you were going to use ply and was wondering what construction technique you were going to use. If it is all ply, you will only have to glue with epoxy fillets and some 200g tape for extra strength, and for the outside maybe sheaf it in dynel for the extra abrasion protection, especially on the front ( good stone protection) some epoxies have uv protection as well.

Gussets are going in I was also going to use them as additional bolt down points for the floor.

Dynel? Never heard of it but am interested.

edit: Found it, looks good I'll have to read some more on it.

Cheers
