I presume you are talking about 295/70R18 Nittos. If that's the case, no. It's a 34~35" tire. You will have trouble with not enough backspace as the tire width is almost 12" and you don't have enough clearance for fender as well.
On stock rim with no lift, I can only see changing to flat fender plus wheel spacer (which is not suggested) would be the only way.
They measure 33.8" at 32psi and just over 11.5" wide, they need back spacing as they rub big time!
I built myself a dolly ages ago but I ended up fitting dynabolt eyelets in my garage ceiling so I can lift off the top by myself with ratchet straps.
Lifting the top and placing it on the dolly was just too hard for the missus when she helped me due to the weight.
Tell me about it, the JKU has a few gouges out of the rear panel paint work where the missus has dropped her half of the hardtop. Would love a hoist setup up to replace my bunnings dolly, but I'm skint.

From memory, the dynabolts and eyelets cost me under $20 and 2 ratchet straps were $47 so it can be done on the cheap. The wood I had laying around.
