Mine is set at around 7.2 and drives perfectly no wander or tram tracking no wobbles or shimmies

Thanx, that's reassuring.

I have a pile of goody parts for the D30 axle in mine.
This includes 44 Magnum axle tubes which include greasable seals on the outer ends. So I'm hoping it would be a good idea.
These will be fitted at the same time as the e-locker, inner seales, uni joints, Evo reiforment kit, Synergy ball joints, wheel bearings, brake pads and Teraflex track rod.
I will be pulling the axle assembly out completely due to the extent of work, which includrs a lot of welding, drilling and diff setting up.
The reason it is still all sitting in the lounge room is because I have to wait until I recover from my chemo.

I've had 2 synergy balljoints fail in under 10000km one in 2000km on the third attempt I put a complete new set in and seem to be good after 3500km. the lower seems to flog out prematurely but I wonder if bending the axle caused damage to the first set I reused them as they were only 5000km old maybe I got unlucky with the second one that failed??
