Both windscreens obrien and pilkingtons have XJ screens ... probably others too.

A genuine windscreen seal will probably cost you more than an aftermarket glass screen.

I used an aftermarket seal from obriens and theres been no issues with since fitted it all a coupla years ago.

I run 4.75" back spacing and get a little rubbing in the front on the upper spring mount and swaybar at fulll flex under some circumstances (I have adjusted my steering stops). In saying that though I'm only on my first set of replacement hubs as the bearings prefer this offset You'll probably get rubbing somewhere on 35's anyway, I've run 35's for about 2 1/2 years now and wouldn't change the backspacing.

Cheers
Steve

Thanks Steve. I was looking at something around 4", but might rethink this as you are running a similar setup to what I will be running.

You have increased your front bump stops, haven't you? If not maybe some fluid loss if the prob has only started since you went wheeling?

Regards A

See if it still happens in the morning when cold. As AG is implying apparently it's quite common to pinch the trans cooler lines when flexing out resulting in overheating and blown hose etc due to the higher fluid back pressure.

Follow the trans cooler lines from the drivers side of the trans and inspect for damage near the front diff.

Could be a solenoid if the fluid level is ok or the NSS....
