Yep my fill problem has come back, doh! I'll wait till my next service to see if they come up with a proper fix if not Ill do the hose replacement. It'd be nice to be able to use the high flow bowser's.

dave if you do the stevil hose fix, and bend that stupid bit of metal in the filler neck out of the way you're home and hosed (FORGIVE THE PUN). you can then use the high flow pump as well. you have room to get the large nozzle in. how you bend it is your problem i'm afraid. you can't get the neck out of the vehicle to work on it, so anyway that works is fine i guess.

Guess what..i got the same prob and mines the 08. Tried filling up at caltex and it took me 10 mins...Im gonna mention it to my dealer aswell...previously ive been filling up at Peak, with no probs...

Wish I could fill mine in 10 minutes . Took 19 minutes at woolworths/caltex to put in 73 ltrs yesterday

mate save yourself a lot of time and the drama of having your vehicle pulled apart. just replace the filler hose amd get it over with and get on with your life.
