Decided to weld up a bracket to take a ammo toolbox. Still need to do the other side, but too damn hot to be welding and cutting anymore.

Picked up a Rugged ridge hi-flow grill 2nd hand off a member a couple of months ago.....finally got around to having it colour matched.

Also added some Ebay seat covers.....actually pretty good for the price.

I think a thread in the JK section should be created as "NEW PRODUCT".

Anyhow thought I'd share this;

Yeah, I like the hi-flow aspect.....not crazy about the "angry eyes' thing. would prefer they have round headlight holes, but no one makes them like that.

Finally got to fit my DBOR flat flares today. I had to get them sprayed myself as they came raw.

This ended up being a drama in itself as the panel beaters had all sorts of issues with pitting in the paint. The spray painter didn't want to load them up too thick as he was worried about cracking in the future.

I had them sprayed matte black with a very slight texture to match the snorkel and I'm pretty happy with the way they turned out in the end.

Found a dead fuse for the rear right light - will replace tomorrow - too close to bbq time & too many beers now to contemplate organising the trip to Mordor (Penrith) to get it sorted today - one headlight (tucklite) = dead will check after replacing fuse tomorrow - may end up hemorrhaging for the JW Speaker J series as I'm not keen on replacing only one LED light with a different beam pattern (no way I'm getting a replacement truck lite at their cost when the other could die also)
