I was right. As soon as I paid, I noticed that listing had changed and the price went up to $50.

The other 3 people that were watching them missed out.

I got the same ones about a year ago for about $25. Great buy.

Got started on my rear storage:
Friend of mine made up a bracket to place a battery on the passenger wheel arch, smittybilt storage drawer and a fridge slide. located the fridge over the sub so I have that little bit more room on top of the drawers.

What you can't see in the pic is a compressor behind the sub box under the fridge for airing up the tyres. will be putting carpet ontop of the drawer this week and covering up the jack storage hole as well with carpet.

Had to remove the handles on the fridge as it hit the headrest or rear window depending on how the fridge was, so made up some flat strip to secure the fridge.

happy so far!

Took the doors off & put the tube doors on for the warmer, or at least less cold, months.

I really want to do this. I've been eyeing off a set of tube doors at SBR but having trouble convincing the missus as she is paranoid about a lack of doors.

I'm thinking about buying mesh covers to go over them so she would feel a bit more closed in.

I have the ones with the nylon webbing, (it's velcro'd on).

Just point to the sticker on the roof, or page in the manual, that says, "The doors & roof of this vehicle are not designed to protect in the case of an accident. Always wear a seat belt."

This is the bit that makes me laugh because as soon as we are on sand she removes her seatbelt. Yet she worries about tube doors.

SBR are getting in half doors like a TJ and as much as I loved them on the old TJ I'd prefer tube ones.

I'll just keep wearing her down
