Default What did you do to your XJ today ?

Had some drive line vibes and started front to back to try and resolve. Greased all the joints, checked the track bar, greased the slider pins marked and checked the unis and checked the fluid levels in the diffs. Still no luck, thought pulling each tail shaft out and drive to reproduce. As I disconnected the tail shaft this happens.

On the plus side I finished wiring my spot lights up

Even though I greased the sliding pins in the calipers should I be concerned about the clearance here (or the lack of ) ?

does anyone have a part number for a rear uni for the diesel ? Is it the same as the petrol ? called repco for a replacement and they didnt have a listing, tried auto pro which had a several different ones for the xj in stock but had different listing on

a. ABS
b. petrol / diesel
c. double cardian
d. pre and post update

even though i answered all the questions i still ended up with the wrong uni...

Petrol and Diesel are different for the rears at least, the Diesel uni's are larger, the rest are the same to my knowledge.
The petrols use a 1310 series uni and the diesel use the 1330 series uni...
