Last year fitted a tranny cooler, thought I did a post about it but lost it, 40 deg in the water bag and went up Toowoomba range with new van on and eng temp was just on 100, crawling at 40kph as roadworks and later on still bloody hot did it solo and no great change in temp so very happy, put the cooler between box and radiator, big test will be a hot day at the beach.

Got my Jeep back from the panel beaters, notice a vibration thru the steering wheel when stationary !!??, did a code check found a 340 and 702 so I assume the battery was disconnected and a tranny code was thrown which caused the 340, runs okay, so probably needs a good burn down the road. Vibration shouldn't be caused from the panel mob as they were only removing hail dents.
Might go for a run with Torque Pro hooked up and see what it comes up with, got it back just on dark so it can wait till tomorrow.

Well took it for a run at full noise, full boot thru the gears and she just powered up and changed really slick, ran it for a few K's and no vibration at stand still, forgot to check codes and run Torque, all good so I'm happy.

How long was it at the panel shop Drover, battery wasn't down just a little bit by any chance.

Around 3 weeks, did get moved around but that and battery disconnect was what I was hoping threw codes but the vibration when stopped had me worried a bit, but the tried and true, go for a big blat sorted things out.
Doesn't work all the time though, did it with my Įruiser once and had to walk home about a Km, the big blat went splat as the fuel pump fell to bits and smart arse me went to my spares box and got out the electric pump kept for these emergencies and it didn't work, hence the walk home.

Sounds like the wiring harness in the door jam is starting to get a breāk in it. There is a thread covering the fix here somewhere, the main power feed wire ends up breaking just replace a section of it with a more flexible piece and all is good, if it breaks you loose window, imobiliser and door locks control from drivers position. Alternatively check that the sckets on the door module are connected and not faulty before getting into the harness.
