Not overly happy with the response from Dan at T’eys.
“We haven’t had this issue before”
“Will it fit if you grind down the sides”

Def don’t want to do that unless I can get a replacement OEM Facia

He agrees it’s an issue however I have over $700 in gear I’m not able to use. And prob won’t for another 4 weeks.

Waiting on a response from China now.

When i installed my camera, I fished the cable behind the passenger dash to the roof pillar, i removed the cover on the pillar and ran it up there, i was then able too push it between the roof cover and the trim that ran along the the edge until i got too the back where i removed the hard plastic trim at the back of the roof and again fished the wire through the wiring loom protective cover from the body too the tailgate. Getting it this far is the easy part.
The tailgate requires a bit of work to get the camera to its final destination though.
My camera also required some slight modification from where the original camera sat, to get it to sit in properly, which was pretty easy and i just sealed around with silcone.

Mine is a 2012 and came with a whole new facia,
How do they expect you to fit it if they haven't supplied the facia as the headunit is a different shape size to the original opening.

It came with a small spacer type facia (OEM Panel)
that doesn’t space it out enough to fit. Plus it’s by no ways solid.

Is the camera permanently attached to the end of the cable or can you fish the cable through and plug him in?

I installed the camera today. Was going to try and use existing cabling but every time jeep plugs into a connector the cable colours change. I ended up running through the trim and adding a bracket for the camera. All works great. Now I just have to work out how to connect the stock mic

Did you have to add an extra power supply or anything to it?
I read on the later ones people have had to splice into an extra power for reverse or something
