Installed a sony bluetooth head unit and replaced the rear speakers in the roof pod because all the rubber around the cone had perished. Sounds good now!

Thanks Steve
It's good to know what type of battery people are using and how well they last - particularly about the high underbonnet temps (probably even hotter up here). I'll probably be up for a new one soon and was wondering if I could do a dual battery setup with a standard type battery under the bonnet and a gel type under the front seat (if it would fit), then running wires further back to the rear right and having an inverter there and some extra plugs for the fridge etc. That way it wouldn't be a huge run between the batteries.

My second battery is a Century 400M (Marine battery) lower CCA but lasts really well under there. I think I'll replace it with another Super Charge though and then when I winch link the two for 1200CCA I also have a 100AH AGM in the camper for the fridge etc. The Century 400M is only used for running the fridge when out on the trails and the Jeep is running most of the time then.

Cheers
Steve

Went for a run out past Adelaide River near Litchfield Park. Not a bad day out with 2 Landcruisers.
