Replaced the factory headlight wiring with a Piaa 150W+ loom. Much brighter headlights, and havent even replaced the bulbs yet. Also managed to fix the headlight switch, still not sure what I did to fix it haha

2 new o2 sensors, new plugs and coilpack
New injectors 4 hole type.
And reset the ecu.

Default What did you do to your XJ today ?

Found a bad rattle that sounds like the power steering pump bearing. Pulley has some wobble too.
Anyone know if the bearing is a straightforward replacement that can be sourced locally?
Or whole pump swap?

Mine had a rattle when I first got it. It is a real PITA to try to get it apart. Trying to get the bearing out was a no brainer. I think jeep designed them to be a throw away item. I got one from a wrecker for $95.00. It's been in there for years and still going strong. Get a 2nd hand one. It is honestly not worth the hassle. Too hard basket.

Thanks Rastus, figured as much. Too time poor with work at the moment as it is.

Hmm after further inspection, although I'm seeing some wobble from the power steering pump pulley the rattle sounds like it's coming from the water pump. I had swapped it in only a couple of months back with a used one as my old one was pissing out of the weep hole and the bearing didn't feel totally smooth so it may be more likely the cause.
