Have to fix the earth on the rear right light. When the indicator is going, it speeds up when I put my foot on the brake.
I'm catching you. I'm at 220

That's really strange?

Ive seen it before on other cars. When your foot is off the brake, the indicator uses the other lights to earth it, when you put power on brake light it takes this away & so the indicator behaves like the globe has blown.

Haha yeah I'm getting there I do a minimum of 700ks a week so I rack them up quickly. I've got a bit of a list for her 200, one of which is cleaning the intake manifold MM has said it's a PITA of a job

so after fitting my ball joints last week, I finally got everything sorted with grease nipples, put some 45deg angle ones in the bottom joints (easy to grease) they clear the axle nipple by about 3mm pretty close.

the steering is so nice and smooth now, the jeep now goes where I want it too not where it wants to go. but at low speed and slight turn I can feel a bind on the drivers side, think may be the axle uni, was doing it before thought it was just the ball joint, the uni did feel fine and look fine??

also must have damaged the axle seals as the diff is leaking a fair bit of oil

she sure is the bolt on the manifold above the turbo is the worst one.
enjoy,
I need to do it soon, swap the turbo and fit the dump pipe.

still need to get my act together and make some dump pipes, just too much stuff going on lately to get anything done, only reason I done the ball joints is I could pull the drives one out with my hand, not safe.

All good MM let me know when you have some time and we can take it from there. Where exactly are you leaking from your front diff ? I'm currently leaking from my LCA bracket (passenger side) that were replaced when they were crushed. I was thinking somehow the guy who did the repair left a crack and I may also have a dodgy axle seal.

With the EGR valve off the inlet manifold, how much gunk can you feel in the manifold? That should be the worst spot.
