I am taking into town and get it reconditioned, and keep it as a back up, just incase the replacement shits it self in time.

Cool, its easy to do yourself though. I have ordered bits to rebuild two. But I am having probs getting the seal though and I only have one seal in good cond.

Got the front end dialed in and drives like a new car! Very solid feel just need to upgrade steering links and the front is done.

Track bar looks rather close to the mount on the diff...

Gday AG.
I had the front bar off to install mine initially, just to make it a bit easier.
It's not a hard job, fiddly, just make sure you have materials available to make mounts if needed.

The top of mine is mounted to the top of the grill/header panel and the bottom is mounted to the radiator lower support.

I'm using a stacked plate type of cooler, man is it effective. Too effective I think. Trans rarely beats 50℃.
I might run it through the radiator again, or fork out for a thermostat bypass.

had the windscreen replaced yesterday. i didnt realise how sandblasted it was
