The original springs definitley were not up to the task mine were sagged beyond usefulness at 100k and the upper arms were stuffed too with little to no offroad use i suspect in the cars life

Cant actually argue that, it seems Jeeps idea of serviceable life for suspension parts on grands is very short
Replaced upper arms with JBS ones with the front struts/springs as well
I honestly had to agree that the "engineering" of the Ironman combo leaves a lot to be desired as they spring rates and shocks just do not seem to match well
Not sure I will have time to do much else other than use the replacements as i need the car mobile to get to work
Consumer affairs would say i don't have to take the replacement and can ask for a refund but I've wasted enough time on Ironmans "customer service" thus far
And as stated i need the damn Jeep mobile however if the replacements knock/ top out as badly as the first lot I will be speaking to there warranty dept again soon Im sure
