for a reference shot, this is 4.5inch backspacing (even further out from guards) on 9 inch wide rims with 315 70 17... 3 inch lift,
go for the 4.5 backspacing, clears everything up to at least 12.5 wide tyes on 9 inch rims, then throw on some guard extensions or wider flares....sorted
ps- don't let people freak you out about the legality of it all, just keep the wheels covered, mud flaps on, and keep the oem wheels and tyres in the garage as a quick fix to remove any defect instantly
weeks worth of camping gear in back so she's riding low... will go some dbor flat fenders when funds permit

cheers, the only defect I worry about clearing is having to pull the front bumper (winch and all), but even that is not to bad knowing every part I have ever pulled off is still in the garage. minus that stupid bloody plastic fantastic under bumper guard thingamabob
