I run a similar set-up with triple 10"

Is your setup single speed or dual speed?

I run 2 on the hot side on low speed, all 3 on high speed. With the big radiator it works a treat.

Been playing with flow restrictors.
With a 13mm restrictor out driving around yesterday 32*c fans only came on when i stopped at traffic lights. with the ac off- (otherwise the fans are on when the ac compressor is engaged.)
Also when idling in the shed after the fans came on at 104*c the coolant on the cold side of the rad going back to the engine was 45*c

used a nylon cutting board like go jeep's write up. Got this in the coolant filter.

Maybe all cutting board nylon are not equal.
switched to steel.

My one month old adrad radiator developed a leak at the trany fluid nipple. got a new one.

as part of tracking down the radiator leak, got sick of the crap access to the top rad hose clamp.

much better now.

I made one as well rainman, two pieces of cutting board stuck together with JBWeld so it was wide enough for a clamp around the outside. One day noticed it gone, gone for good, have never found a trace of it. Made one out of some kind of engineering grade plastic, still there after 18 months. Seems the cutting boards dissolve from heat or coolant. Regards oldon.

Are you using a high flow pump as well?
