Rear leaves are out, ready to get the bushings pressed in, and the transfer case front output seal has been replaced. Also knocked another set of wheel studs into my hubs since the Timken studs died all of a sudden...

You paying someone to press out the bushes and press in new ones Hamsteh? I did mine with a big socket and a mash hammer. For the rear bushes I don't even remove the spring anymore I just unbolt it and lower the leaf pack down with the jack.

I've just had too many issues with these bushings... been the bane of this vehicle since I've had it.

I got quoted $80 to press in the lot so I'm not too phased about paying for it. I started buying threaded rod etc to press it ou/in myself, but I just don't have all the tools I need to do it...

I'm on my third or fourth set. Apparently there must have been a issue with the rubber in the bushes. I'm not so sure because two years on and bushes still not being made right, I cant see how. In the end I ended up using nilock nuts on my rears and just torqueing them up enough so I still had the ability for the shackle to flex without it tearing the bush. Now that was 4 years ago and the bushes are still fine. Two highly regarded people on here told me that this was not really a good idea and that the bushes were at fault. IFIIK but for me to have three set of bushes last less than six months and realistically getting 3-4 months from them before tearing. I dunno this worked for me. And even if its not the right way for me the results speak for themselves. I posted a thread 4 or years ago on the very matter and no one could explain why it was happening apart from a problem with the parts. Back when I started the thread a few other people were having exactly the same issue. And by the sounds of it. its still occurring so I am assuming that if the bushes are at fault the problem with the manufacturer has been going on for at least 5 years now..... Surely this cant be....

Zero effect as they are led and dont rely on a reflector.
Not that these even have a reflector.

What are your opinions of the LED driving lights RB. I just fitted 55w HIDs and am not as impressed as I was expecting. Guess I was thinking I could see bright light for 700m down the road. As it is I probably can see 400-500m down the road but not lit up like a Christmas tree which is what I thought I may have gotten.
