Hit a bit of a set back in the engine swap today the exhaust seems to be leaking where the manifold joins the exhaust pipe and the rocker cover is pouring out oil when the oil pressure builds up also not 100% the exhaust manifold isn't leaking what's the best way to test this I didn't use any sealent on the exhaust intake gasket but it is a new gasket. Hopefully get this sorted by Xmas pretty sure Santa is bringing me a light bar but the car needs a bulbar put back on to mount it too!

Slow down, this reads like one long sentence.

So:
1) your exhaust is leaking where the ex manifold joins the pipe, no sealant or anything used but it has a gasket?
2) your rocker cover is leaking, from where, top or bottom?

what is the " also not 100%" ?
Have you torqued stuff up to spec?

All torqued to 24 ft lbs as mr google told me.

I'm not 100% as I could see a little bit of smoke coming up past the manifold but it may just be from the exhaust connection below which is definitely leaking.

The exhaust connection has a cone shape which tightens into the ex manifold there was no gasket as such?

The rocker cover is the gasket so simple fix just a bit time consuming.

Sounds a bit like alignment issues
