x2. Also helps prevent the thread from rusting. The standard bolts jeep supply with these vehicles are pretty cheap quality. It would be worth changing them all out to have a smooth machined shank and only be threaded where the nut has to sit - but this would take a fair bit of time to sort out with correct measurements and sizes (which might be a bit difficult, not all bolt shops will stock what is needed).

So, in a nut shell

lower control arms and track bars: fully white nuckles, 2 farts (don't shit myself), 125 ft lbs

upper control arms: slightly white knuckles, 1 fart and 75 ft lbs

Thabnks heaps guys

Now, to find a torque wrench!!!
