Cant come as inlaws coming for a bbq and rock lites not fully finished.

Couldn't find you guys, was at the servo before 6pm, checked the entrances of Ormeau, did a full lap of the joint, no jeeps to be found, just a LOT of pootrols and Yotas..

Maybe next time...

we were all there.

there were 3 xjs AND 2 patrols!

I have turned back
but the other boys are still out there on the tracks, too tricky for me

Yeah we were waiting at the BP Upper Coomera. Sorry Guys i had trouble finding the right road in.
....No noob, 80GGR broke a rear drive shaft Uni on a big rock up the first hill (dont usually start on the hard stuff tho), so he had to drive home to the Goldie in front wheel drive only....I went for a run through some tracks on my own for an hour or so before heading home. If anybody is interested, I'm up for another nite run next weekend....(rated Medium to Hard with Chicken tracks on most)....

is that same hill where i turned back from?
i saw u guys from the main road on my way back. Used my flashlight to get your attention

Off-topic. I rang autobarn, they do have the recovery gear that you suggested. They mentioned that the D-Ring shackles are rated 3.25.
Are those d-rings good enough for primary use, or will I have to get higher rated ones , on the same xj/setup?
