I would order the steel bracket if I was doing this job, but noted my al bracket was not broken.
even if it did break, I dont think that is the main issue, clearly there is an engineering design fault allowing the grade 8 steel bolts to work harden with flexing of the box
the bolts were $5 each, just replace them asap
If you have oversize tyres, other measures should be taken
It wouldnt surprise me if mine was checked but nothing replaced, who tf would know after all these years, forget about Jeep dealer or Jeep Oz, they couldnt be more useless (when I rang about my black XJ)
