Steering Damper Recall?!?

When I put my details in, under Description it says "Steering Damper" and under Type it says "Customer Satisfaction". Does that mean I have to go and say I am not satisfied with my steering damper ?

When i type in my details it says mine needs to be done and MR EJ say it is a recall for RHD models which is us here in Australia.

Yeah had my Jeep mechanic tell me about the recall yesterday for a new Steering Dampner, just not in stock yet. couldn't give details on whether its a beefier one.

Also for CRD guys there is a new Flash (been out 4-5 weeks) that improves starting. Turn the key and a very very crisp start now, I recommend you chase one this up.

That's great information. I think I'll do my next service properly at Jeep and get them to fix the damper and and the firmware flash.

It's obviously faulty and required some modification surely they'll understand. Hope they do as i have one very similar sitting on the self in the garage minus all of it's fluid.
