OME Std 2 inch setup front and rear.Same problem as Windex.Bloody terrible on corrugations.Rebound valving on front shocks cannot cope with the rapid spring extension.

So not enough rebound valving in the shock to cope with the spring? Sounds the same as the bilsteins.

I'm considering Koni yellow shocks. They are rebound adjustable so that problem should able to be dialled out. I run them on my 540i, but firm but bloody marvellous handling.

Front yes, H/D springs and struts
Rear No, OME MD spring and Lovells shocks.

As for OME shocks they have 2 types
Nitrocharger Strut N219S (valved for H/D use)
Nitrocharger Strut N188S (OME's basic strut)

I had springs and shocks replaced about 6 months ago,
8240-1265 KONI HEAVY TRACK REAR SHOCKS
8240-1264 KONI HEAVY TRACK FRONT STRUTS
and King springs front and rear medium duty

They are so far working well, can handle the gravel roads with corrugations great and the tar. I don't carry much weight but do pull a 7x5 box trailer every now and then and they handle that great as well but they are only 6 months old.

Did the springs provide any lift over stock? Think they state 30mm?

My King springs did give about 30mm lift at rear. With the Bilstein strut you can move the lover spring pad (like a coilover) and I have the front sitting about 50mm higher so the vehicle sits level.

If the Konis do this then that's another plus.
