Thats a bit of a hard 1. I don't know that anyone here has gone from 1 to the other. I have the Rancho Kit which I think is pretty good. Great flex & ride. I haven't had any problems with it to date (6 months ago installed in jeep) I can't really compare it to the RE kit coz I don't know a whole lot about it. I know I'm spewing that the Rancho kit costs more than the RE superflex kit. The RE kit comes with adjustable upper control arms aswell

The RE is a more complete kit.

Iv'e got a mix on mine.

I prefer the RE coils, Control arms etc...

I think the rancho 9000's are brilliant

On a whole I think they are both good products, and it doesn't matter which way you go. They are both way better than stock! And I reckon there wouldn't be much difference in flex etc...

Just do it!

I have a 4.5" Superflex - originally with OME shocks and was very happy - now Rancho In-Cab adjustable 9000 and still happy - except that the shocks are shit on corrugations - OME are better. Rancho preferred for real 4WD and city driving.

Only bad thing is that I always loose against the Rancho 3" guys during the ramp competition. Not sure why so. But also beat a 5.5" Long-arm kit once - sp not sure why I always loose against a club member on Rancho 3".
