puck - what's the TSB number? Is there a link to the TSB? I have this problem, and I'm not getting used to it after 6 months.

why dont you just take all the doors and roof off then no rattle and just noise from the other side. like tyres, cars and everything else.

or you can just drown it out with louder music

Thanks all for the replies.
So Specific grease is the cure.
For me I used insulation tape and it does the job.

Thanks for the TSB. Looks so easy I could do it myself. All I need is Krytox grease. It's $USD 134 for a small tube. Think I'll let the dealer do it.

My clunk is definitely from the seat belt tensioner- I'll try the trick of tightening the bolts. I mentioned it to the dealers at my last service and they blamed a loose hard top bolt (crap)- I've got the softie on now.

The other end of the seat belt under the seat rattles against the seat frame- I have to constantly re-tension the belt across my lap. I think a bit of tape applied to the metal plate at the end of the seat belt will probably fix it though.
