Actually less than the last two times i just hit trees or rocks on the side of the trail

Couple of longer deeper scratches from winching it out, but thats what the signwriting is there to cover

RHR tyre was a foot from the deep rut, but it just collapsed under and slid in. Very slow and gentle infact. The joys of a heavy Jeep. Lucky shes only used for wheeling!

Looking at the above pics and your setup, Those CV's really get a workout in your truck.

You should remove the number plate when you're wheeling, it'll cost ya to get a new one as it's getting more and more squashed up. The area where the oil cooler hoses are, I just noticed that your 7-slot bash plate doesn't go all the way down to protect the hoses. Did you have any issues of rocks knocking into them?

Not at this ride height yet!

Stu is making up a plate to mate the Saguaro one (7 slot) and the Superlift one under the arms. The next step is to replace the trans crossmember with a flat style and fab another plate to cover the trans and tfer case to the fueltank.

Ah good. When Stu makes the new one, the Jeep will also look much nicer from the front.

Yeah that crossmember takes a beating. I haven't had issues with it after installing bashplates. The engine 6mm chequer plate and the transmission 3mm (with stiffeners) overlap over the crossmember and recently after inspecting it, had no extra damage. It carries some scars from prior to the transmission bash plate though. Flat style would be awesome but how strong will it be and how do you get it engineered, Stu?

I'm yet to get one made from the transfer case to the fuel tank.

Well the last of the shopping spree has arrived, picked up the new rear driveshaft yesterday.

Machined adaptor plate to the transfer case, 1350 equipped double cardon, enclosed slip joint, and a 1410 uni for the differential end.

No more staked unis as per factory, and cheaper than a factory Jeep replacement as well.

That should fix it

Very nice Dave. That double cardan looks tough.
