So I attampted the MAMMOTH job of putting the lift kit in myself...

I will get some pics up, then run through some problems I had with this kit and some 'extra tools' needed to get the job done...

the only bump you would hit i would of imagined is compressing the springs if you didnt have a spring compressor....i used a ratchet tie down strap when i did mine

No, I needed a pitman arm remover!
When I couldnt find one of them - I had to turn to the angle grinder so not to destroy my steering box. No spring compressing needed at all - Just used brute strength . I needed a rachet and steel line to hold diffs in place e.t.c... Pry bar for all kinds of uses. All I know is I started at 9am in the morning - Finished at 6:45pm last night!
But the result.... PRICELESS!!!
