Apparently a fair few jk have come back to safari with this problem but later they have found that jk's that go offroad, get this noise and is a easy fix, just bend some steel pipe back and its done, apparently.
ussually comes on jk's that have done around 10,000kms, and guess what mine turned 10,000km last week

Do you know exactly where this steel pipe is? I'd like to see if this is what's causing the vibration in my JK at the same rpm.

Yes, passing on info on what tubes to 'bend' would be great!

apparently it has nothing to do with the snorkel.
Many truck have come back to safari and they figured out out its some tube behind the quarter panel. I dont know exactly which one it is, as ARB said that they would just fix it when i take it in to have the lockers fitted.
They tell me it happens to ones that go offorad

I ave had my snorkel back to Arb a number of times. The vibration actually comes where the guard meets the bonnet in the very corner(once the hood is raised). The solution is to apply some silicone with a screwdriver into the very corner and it solved my prob.
But Safari are useless, customer service does not exist and I will not buy one of their products again as a result.
