i talked to a guy on my CB all the way from brisbane last night, i was in Sydney CBD...

Best I have had is talkint to JJ who was in Mt Dissappointment and I was driving up the Pentland Hills heading towards Ballarat. Could not tell you the distance as the crow flies but it was a damn long way.

I've been in town- cnr of flinders and spencer and spoken to sister that was at pentland hills - they reached the top and so sis the contact

on a sat morning i can pick up the story bridge climbers yapping on about the history of the bridge and the kangaroo cliffs from my mothers place in springfeild......whats that 20 - 25km ?

UHF 013....6.5db antenna

Just east of Madura Roadhouse, talked to a truckie who was at Mundrabilla Roadhouse (on the Nullabor), distance of about 90kms but dead flat . GME TX6000 (5W handheld) connected to a 4dB 1.2 metre high antenna outside.

couldn't tell you...it was on open scan and i picked it up...about 7ish saturday in the morning........i think it may be around the mid 20's.
