Lol mate...I believe that also causes the 'pucker marks' in the drivers seat squab which can be repaired using circular motions of a soft cloth and a Leather treatment to re-soften the Leather, and the need for a 'soak before washing' cycle of the occupants under garments ????....

The location the OP's lekky placed his controller would lead me to only trains of action...
1) Would have refused on pick up and asked/demanded a relocation
2) Never return to that lekky

What a shyte effort !!!

Thing is the leccy would have drilled a hole to mount the control...what do you do with that? (It just so happens I do have the 2 side panels for a Jeep console...)

I don't care for the Redarc, my unit whatever it is has a display, shows amount of power which is adjustable, panic lever not button and a few other settings not to mention heaps cheaper....

Biggest thing the redarc has going for it is the size.

I don’t tow super regularly, so having it basically nonexistent is a big plus. I know there’s scope to remove some of the bigger units when not in use, but it’s just another thing to do pre and post trip when time is already at a premium.
