funny you should mention that one actually, my radiator over flow bottle managed to jump out of its bracket on the Gunbarrel Highway (way to many coragrations) which led me to a rather fun mod, do you want me to share of would you rather pull the piss

Do any of u fulars have a snorkel at all? Curious to see the way others that have the water bottle issue have approached it.

I wanna do the same but instead of fitting a snorkel i,ll cut through the firewall near the bonnet hinge and run flexi pipe up under the "vent" at the bottom of the windscreen.As seen on Mad XJ.com. Hey 95 where did u get the pipe you riveted to ur airbox?

Hi Mitch, asked a plumber doin some work in my area. He had a spare outlet leftover from a job! U could prob get it from any hardware or plumbing shop id say. Wanted to do that vent mod too but with my model, i wouldve had to go right across the whole engine bay.

Bunnings sell the piece you fixed to the airbox. It is called a 'pop' and used for the down pipe outlet in your gutter.
