I like it.

Question : is there some way you protect the electric tailgate in case you accidentally open it and it hits the carrier? I’ve been thinking about that lately looking at all. The different carriers.

when i was looking there was nothing apart from wilco . i paid $900 aud from sbr offroad in wangara . not sure if SBR are still the aus distributor for wilco . the other option was a tyre trek option which was close to $1500 .

If the mirack was available i would have more than likely gone with that.

I really like the look of the tyre treks but agree, very expensive. I think they are even more expensive now.

I don't have one as I purchased the Laredo to save weight. I believe they sense obstruction and will not open, Not sure if it is an actual pressure sensing thing i.e opens onto something feels resistance then closes or is smarter and uses the back up camera to ensure it is safe to open.

Anyone with a limited or overland tried this out?

I closed mine on top of the wife's head a couple of weeks ago. Needless to say, I didn't get any that night. The good thing was, after it smacked her, it went back up
