So in summary, I think if you want that .43.01 version, then a dealer visit is probably inevitable.
Thanks for the input everyone.
I managed to get a similar version from the same location (although for 8.4 uconnect), I believe the slow speed is on the server side. I’m going to ring the dealer today and see if they can copy the 17.43.01 update onto my thumb drive to save some time.

Yeah that could be the case, but isn't.

Dealer has never updated mine nor has my car been to the dealer in some time and it changed from update required, here's the version TO your car has the latest.

They simply stopped offering it for download for AUS and probably other export punters but didn't tell anyone.

Spoke to the dealer. Despite the fact the car has been serviced with this dealership for its life (now ~80k) and they have not performed one uconnect update in that time coupled with the fact that it is now ~ 2 weeks out of warrantee they are saying it will cost $160 to perform the update. Needless to say I won’t be getting this performed by them and will attempt to install v17.09 which I have downloaded elsewhere tonight to see if it will fix my Bluetooth issues.

I originally only requested the file be given to me and I would supply the USB, however they stated they cannot do this.... then went on to say the update would take two hours and hence the price.

Thank you for your input everyone. I successfully updated to version 17.09.01 tonight from the file I downloaded using details found on a different site. I now have the extra suspension settings I was hoping for such as auto lower on park, wheel alignment mode etc. The Bluetooth seems to be working fine but I will withhold some judgement until I actually drive the vehicle. Fingers crossed this version is relatively stable for me.

Just dropped into my local dealer to enquire about the software update. They claim that there is no such thing as Version 17.43.01, despite me reading it to them straight from the forum.

Checked my version. It's 14.25.5 (2014 model).

Is this version what most others have?

Cheers, Craig
