Great thanks Guy's Ill give that a go. I've only got a cheap scanner (ebay) brought it for my first wh (hemi) Had a Bad O2 Sensor. Seemed to work ok on Our kj 2.8crd, That will be why it didn't give me much info when I scanned it lol.
Ok Off to jeep In a few Days and get it scanned.

just putting this out there, there seems to be a lot of soot in the exhaust my commander was clean from the dpf on, i installed a cat back exhaust with high flow muffler and dpf, now ever since putting it in it's a little hard to start and it blows a big puff of smoke

Hey Guys,
Just an Update, Thanks for all your help you were right on the money. I didn't bother getting it scanned because I tested the resistance on the first two glow plugs on the passenger side (easiest to get to) and they were f###ed, I had to set my Multi meter to 2m Ohms to get a reading on one of them.
So I just went out and brought 6 new glow plugs. The first start after changing them still smoked however every start after that has been good.

Thanks a lot for your help once again now I just need to do the CV on my front prop shaft (not sure if its diff side or T-Case side) Its not making a very nice noise ATM lol
