Haven't tried it but I cant see why this would be any different than GoJeeps except for the ABS, the diffs are the same aren't they? The biggest hassle would be mounting the wheel speed sensor (see the pic) as it looks like it mounts to the backing plate. The tone ring is on the axle so I imagine this would be no problem.

I have done a 98 for some one years ago and worked out the same but it was non ABS. You might be better off just bolting in Grand Cherokee rear discs as they fit straight on bracket and all and will have the mount for the ABS sensor.
